Driving Directions
The forest can be accessed from the back of Parson's Field (across from the junior high school), from the back of the town cemetery, or from Locke Road. From Rt. 1, turn at Lang Road, which intersects Rt. 1 at a gas station/convenience store. Follow Lang two miles to its end at the intersection of Washington Road. There's a stop sign here and directly across the road there's a directional sign for Parson's Field parking. Turn left from the stop sign and drive a few hundred yards to the entrance to Parson's Field, across from the junior high school. Or turn right, go down the hill on to Central Road past the town hall, and turn left into the cemetery. Trails begin at the back of the cemetery and the back of Parsons Field, and parking is available at both sites. A third entry to the forest is found by continuing past the town hall (Central Road) to an intersection with Locke Road on the left. Take Locke Road to Recreation Road, and park at the far end of the lot for the trails. Property Use Guidelines
