Trail Guide A 180-acre state-run wildlife sanctuary and education center is located just off one of the busiest portions of Route 1 in Portsmouth. There's a lot more to the Urban Forestry Center than its trails. Information about its lectures and programs is available at the main building. The center has set up a short "tree identification trail" with markers identifying the different trees, and a two-mile trail through a woodland and along the shore of the Sagamore Creek wetland. |
